The system enables patients to seamlessly book appointments, access encrypted medical records with blockchain verification, and receive AI-powered health insights powered by RAG and the Gemini API. Built with VITE (React) for frontend and NodeJS/ExpressJS for backend, the platform implements role-based access control, real-time notifications, and immutable medical record storage to ensure data integrity and patient privacy. Key features include appointment management with real-time availability, prescription tracking with medication reminders, and a verified review system for doctor ratings.

The architecture integrates multiple advanced technologies to deliver a robust solution: MongoDB for data management, JWT for secure authentication, and ETH blockchain integration to create tamper-proof audit trails for all medical documents. The AI component allows patients to upload medical reports for intelligent analysis, ask health-related questions with contextual awareness of their medical history, and receive personalized recommendations—all while maintaining strict safety guardrails to complement rather than replace professional medical advice.
